During a recent mock disaster exercise, city worker Tate Wagner was pressed into action. Wagner helped rescue 'victims' from the pseudo-disaster scene (aka meth lab explosion) which resulted in 'death' and a variety of injuries to several pseudo victims including, apparently, Raggedy Ann. The "Good Sport" Award goes to Wagner who took very good care of his injured charges.
